Disclaimer: We are not commercial breeders and are therefore not a kennel. We do not even have kennels in our yard... we have one dog run. Our dogs live in our yard and in our house with us. Crates are used for bed time, when we're not home, and rotations to give each dog one-on-one time. We require our dogs to get along with each other and every other animal. We have only ever had a couple of disagreements, and even though for legitimate dog-related reasons, believe that even that is not acceptable. Our dogs love all people... a little too much at times but we work on that often with friends and strangers alike. We will only breed to truly further the quality and the love of the American Staffordshire Terrier. No other breed is as great as this. We will find other noble, honest people with character and integrity to match the Amstaff to be new owners. Please do not contact us about a breeding unless you view yourself as such quality. Understand that if you purchase a puppy from us, we will then be friends for life... this will not just be a transaction yet more like entering into a partnership, a commitment for the life of your beloved one. We make no money off of this... I can guarantee that we put more money into our dogs than we will ever get out of puppies or stud fees. All money "collected" is to retain value of the American Staffordshire Terrier... we all know that where our money goes, our heart's there. You will take pride in owning a Divinity Amstaff and know, without a doubt, that you have purchased quality!!
We, personally, will only have a litter every year or so. A great amount of time and research is put into each combination. This affects the future of the breed. Like we've said, we only breed to further the quality and love of the American Staffordshire Terrier so therefore, typically only Champion, temperament tested, definitely fully health tested dogs with qualities and pedigrees that compliment each other will be bred. We will retain rights on those that are the top 4 show quality. All pups will be required to go through Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience and earn their CGC title. All Divinity Amstaffs will be true ambassadors for the breed. Plus certain health tests will be requested even if the pup will not be bred, just so we can make sure we are on track with our goals.

ABOUT OUR PUPPIES....
We don’t necessarily actively look for show homes… our goal is to spread the quality and love of the American Staffordshire Terrier… so our focus is on producing beautiful, typey pets with the best structure, health and temperaments. As responsible breeders, we will, however, require that the 2 top males and 2 top females be shown to their Championship and be available for future use in our breeding program plus keep our name on them. This will affect the way in which you pick your puppy. You may pick 1 puppy and show it if it's show or spay/neuter it if it's pet OR you may make 3 picks as a "show home" or as a "pet home". The pick order will be determined by the order of deposits received. As you can see, we would be doing ourselves a disservice if we allowed the best pups out of any good breeding to not be shown or to be spayed or neutered. We will NOT require that ALL show quality pups go to homes where they will be shown.
Our price reflects the value of genetic health screening for the parents, including ataxia, cardiac, hips, elbows and patellas through OFA plus Championships earned by each plus all the actual costs of having a litter. Our primary goal in breeding is to preserve the genetic health, structure and sound temperaments in this breed, and we do everything in our power to insure our puppies’ health. Each puppy receives a thorough veterinary exam before leaving us.
Your puppy leaves us with vaccinations current, dewormed, dew claws removed, microchip, in good health, much socialization, and completion of BioSensor/Super Dog Program. Plus, AKC registration is completed by the breeder. You will also receive a puppy kit that includes a lead, blanket, health record, pedigree, signed STCA application, contract, bag of food, information on house training, crate training, socialization, and lots more. When we receive your deposit, we will also have The Essential Guide to Caring For Your New Puppy sent to you.
Amstaffs who do things with their owners bond more closely and make better pets. To encourage new owners to get involved with their pups, we offer the following rebates up to $250. Proof of completion of title or class is required… classes listed below with "required" are classes and or titles that are required in order to purchase a puppy from us. We want all our puppies to be true ambassadors for the breed!

Canine Good Citizen $25 (Required - or CGN in Canada)
Therapy Dog Certificate $25
Rally or Agility $25 each course
AKC Rally, Agility or Obedience titles $25 each
AKC Conformation $100*
REMEMBER: AN UNTRAINED PUPPY BECOMES AN UNWANTED DOG!
*Pet quality is anything against the AKC standard which consists of any pup that is more than 80% white, does not get full pigmented nose, kinked tail, bad bite, etc. All others will be considered potential show quality until evaluated at 8 weeks old. Pet quality pups will receive limited registration papers plus $100 rebate once proof of spay/neuter has been received. Also they are not eligible to compete in conformation competition but are fully eligible and highly recommended for all other basic rally or obedience titles. Any puppy deemed structurally correct is also eligible for advanced obedience, advanced rally, agility, dock diving, fly ball or any other performance based competition.
